Feb 2026 We enjoyed a super three days here. Definitely above expectation. Property is very clean with fun updated appliance things. The floor has about a 6 inch wave up and down and that is extra fun. The dining table is also an air hockey & ping-pong ball table!. We were really really happy with our stay. You cannot see the ocean, but you are only walking across the street maybe two city blocks away to get to the beach path. But your views are from all four sides and out to the back marsh where you can easily judge the height of the tide. that's super interesting especially now in February 2026. We very much recommend this property.
