“櫃檯人員很友善熱心”

“A very nice residence type accommodation. Service is exceptionally good. Breakfast is basic - family style.Location is fine after you first find it and get used to small-street environment.”

“新開的飯店，服務非常好，因為早上班機到，十點就讓我入住。公共區域非常有設計感，早餐客製化方式為你特別準備，根本五星級服務。因為要到外地住一晚，行李還寄放了兩天。距離西班牙階梯步行距離，車站總站也走的到。”

“Our stay was wonderful, and the location was fantastic! The space was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Livianna was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering great recommendations and guidance on what to do and how to get around as first-time visitors. She was also very responsive and made the check-in process easy and seamless. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would happily stay here again!”

“Friendly helpful staff clean room and hotel. Much of breakfast was good. However some disappointments: no fresh salad, fried eggs overcooked, hot food catered for Italian palette (not English!) No stairs from 2nd floor - had to use lift (except in emergency). Some people are afraid to use lift. Overall experience was good.”

“Great for our one night stay prior to our cruise. The room was a little on the small size but met our needs for the night. Easy to find a place for dinner and breakfast in the morning. Directions for entry for very clear and easy to follow.”

“The room was clean, which was a plus. However, the shampoo and body wash provided were not very good. Only one small packet of laundry detergent was provided, enough for just one load. When we asked the staff about it, we were told to buy our own detergent if we wanted to do laundry. This was quite inconvenient, as we couldn’t find any travel-size laundry detergent nearby. As a result, we only used the washing machine once during our stay. Overall, the room was clean, but the laundry facilities……

“Just don’t”

“Positive: the staff was friendly and helpful. Negative has to do with expectations. I didn't realize this is not a hotel but a guesthouse. No reception at the door we thought we were in the wrong place. We went in and out 3 times not seeing a receding person.Had to go up second floor to register.Advertised as "city view" but all you see is the street and windows of next door building. Breakfast included was a tray with cookies, Nutella (which we don't like), and a bag with croissants.i expected……

“there is no 24hr reception, you have to tell your arrival time to checkin”

“They’re terrible with communication. I tried to cancel through Expedia and they never responded to Expedia after they tried multiple attempts. When I went in person and tried to cancel atleast 1 night out of the 4 nights I booked, they didn’t allow that either. The room pictures online were deceiving too. The room is so tiny. No space to walk around or open your luggages. I paid over $750 for some tiny room and terrible customer service. Never again will I be returning there.”

“非常整潔，很舒適，所有景點都只需步行30分鐘內，附近很多餐廳非常好味，就在對面已經有間超市”

“Atendimento incrível da Prisca. Quarto novinho e limpo. O único ponto negativo é que o elevador nâo estava funcionando no último dia. Tivemos que descer as malas pelas escadas. Fora isso, recomendo.”
