“What an incredible boutique hotel. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was magnificent! I'd stay here again when back in Rome!”

“Unfortunately when we arrived, the staff were unaware our booking was for 4 people. No secondary bed was made up or towels. When these were requested they were just left on the sofa. For us to make up. Every member of our party was bitten not sure by what bit we all had multiple bites after waking up the first night. After making a complaint the door code was changed and we were not informed until we asked in a panic, how we get back in. The room was dusty and walls dirty and marked, ……

“This is a nice hotel, but quite a walk from Termini if you have a lot of luggage. There are buses to and from Termini.There is a small elevator which is available starting on the first floor, which means you have to get your luggage up to the elevator. The staff is very helpful. The room was small but nicely decorated and the breakfast is excellent.”

We missed breakfast the first day because breakfast was described to be “in the room” and they asked us for a time, which we gave. However, they meant in a breakfast room and they asked time to know what foot traffic they would have. Shower door was broken and barely big enough to move in. The AC barely worked. “If I come to Rome again, I will not choose Dolce Vita Suites. It was a clean room and in a nice location, but it is more of an airbnb kind of stay where you have to communicate with the manager/owner via messages. No one greets you upon arrival; instead you get the access code, and you are lucky if it is on time. I asked for an iron and waited two days for it. There was an in-room breakfast, but imagine warm crouisssants sealed in a plastic bag and out on top of the fridge where motor heats them……

“They’re terrible with communication. I tried to cancel through Expedia and they never responded to Expedia after they tried multiple attempts. When I went in person and tried to cancel atleast 1 night out of the 4 nights I booked, they didn’t allow that either. The room pictures online were deceiving too. The room is so tiny. No space to walk around or open your luggages. I paid over $750 for some tiny room and terrible customer service. Never again will I be returning there.”
