“This property is wonderful. The only hardship was checkin. It's a complicated process to find the fob, enter the building and find the right doors to get to the location. There is no one there, so I was fortunate to have a resident help me figure out the complicated process of entering. Streamlining the instructions would go a long way, such as there are 3 steps to enter the property, step 1 is to go to your unit on the exterior (could be several doors away) and find the lockbox and enter the……

“This apartment was in a brand-new building and had all new furniture and furnishings. The view was really pretty and it was *hot* (90º+) when we were there but the unit had AC so it was overall comfortable. The design looked nice and for the price we paid it was an excellent value. The furniture was probably all from Wayfair so I don't expect it to hold up for more than a year or two. “Check-in process was very easy. Unit was spotless. My only suggestion is that they give more towels. We were allowed 3 (one per person), and there were only 2 plastic cups in the unit, and 3 pillows. The owner shipped us extra pillows which was nice.”
