You get entire access to the two unit duplex with two washers/dryers, two kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two living rooms. No space is shared with anyone.

Parking:
Can accommodate large trailers, RV's and 10+ vehicles. There is a ton of off street parking.

We are local hosts and are available in the message thread if you have any questions or need help.

Millcreek is rated one of the best neighborhoods to live in Salt Lake County. Centrally located. Close to world class ski resorts, downtown, and the airport.

The house sits on a ¼ acre lot and has grass and a partial fence so a lot of your neighbors are set back from the house.

Although the house is near the busier 4500 S street, we provide white noise machines in the bedroom to drown out the slight buzz of any vehicles passing by.

There is a bus stop right across from the house.

Uber and Lyft are both readily accessible and affordable in Salt Lake.

Please note the house is near the busier 4500 S and the main floor can hear a very slight buzz in the house, mainly during the night. We provide each bedroom upstairs with white noise machines to use if needed.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
1) Smoking, vaping, tobacco, etc. are not permitted in any capacity anywhere on this property. A fine of $500 will be levied for each offence and guests will be responsible for any cost of cleaning or damages associated.

2) This property is limited to 14 occupants at any given time. Prior written approval & authorization from your host(s) is required to add any additional occupants/visitors. Violation of this rule is grounds for removal from the premises. Fines up to $100 per person may be imposed for violators. If you wish to add more guests to your reservation please send an alteration request or contact your host(s).

3) It is expected that guests respect neighbours. For this reason we ask that guests adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

4) This is a shoes-off property. Please remove your shoes while indoors.

5) Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to keep the property clear of excessive clutter and maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. This includes removing garbage and/or taking bins to the curb as required. Hosts reserve the right to charge for excessive messes, damage, and unreasonable clutter left behind.

6) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. If you require a service animal please contact your hosts at the time of reservation to confirm accommodation.

7) Early & Late check-out fees starting at $50/hour may apply to guests who arrive outside of their check-in/check-out window without prior host approval. If you would like early check-in or late check-out please contact your hosts to confirm availability (fees may apply).

8) Please refrain from moving furniture. Doing so may lead to damage or injury. Please consult your hosts.

The place was incredible close to everything. The specious rooms and downstairs area was great. My own kids thought it was our new house. Wouldn’t mind coming back here if we even come back to Utah. Property manager was very good with communicating and we honestly wished we stayed longer.

Location was fantastic. Close to lotsa restaurants and gas stations as well as right around the corner from Walmart. We went for General Conference and it was perfectly situated to allow for an easy drive to the Conference Center. House was nice due to the many places to sleep. But lotsa things were broken including towel racks, parts of the stove, closet doors, some lights, and some furniture. Paint was peeling off all over the place. Lots of dust. I tried to message the host several times about different things and he’d get back to me, but it always took several hours. There’s also a grill and fire pit promoted in the ad, but you have to pay for your own propane and it was obvious that the grill wasn’t cleaned in a very long time. That kinda hit me wrong. It’s literally in the title of the place. Don’t promote it if it’s not included in the price. And the fire pit was put away and stored for winter making it seem like we couldn’t/shouldn’t really use it. He said we could, but then we’d have to unpack it and move it to where it should be and we weren’t interested in doing all that w the potential it could break and we’d be held liable for it. It should’ve been put out for us to use it. He was nice and allowed us to have visitors and extend our checkout. Really appreciated that. It wouldn’t take too much money to make the necessary repairs and make it much more like a home away from home. For the money, we’d likely go somewhere else next time.

Awesome place for a big family

This property was excellent for us, our kids, and grandkids. There was plenty of room for us all to be there and still have our own space, lots of family room space to play games after the babies went to bed, tons of parking and centrally located in the SLC vicinity. The host's communication was great. It was all around a great place to stay.

June SLC visit

Came to SLC for the Summer Outdoor Retailer Show at the Convention Center. The house is about 15 mins from Downtown so had to plan a little extra time to get to/from the show. B-ball hoop in the driveway was fun, we played bump for who did the dishes!

The property was in a great location for us. Just a minute from the softball fields we were staying at. There were some hiccups upon our arrival and throughout our stay but we were able to manage.
