Property unit was extremely dusty and not well maintained or cared for when we entered unit. I have taken pictures of all short fallings of expected and customary expectations with the high standards of VRBOs; in addition to the extreme dusty conditions, the floors and baseboards were not properly cleaned. The stove top was very dirty and the freezer was left with what looked Iike melted frozen ice cream on the freezer shelf. The toaster was very dusty as well as the shelves and nightstands and floors. I had to clean the floors myself. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work: even after doing a ‘reset’. The shower had hair stuck to the wall; The floor to ceiling windows were dirty. The free standing mirror was very ‘smerared’… the worst of all was finding public hair in the bed linens when unfolding them back! Slept on the little couch instead. The unit needs a lot of maintenance and up keeping with repairs to walls and painting etc. Sorry to say I was not impressed or happy with my stay. I think you may need to check in with your maintenance and cleaning staff.
