We arrived late at night and Moana at the front desk was very attentive and courteous. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast area excellent. There was a different option every day of the week. Our stay there was wonderful! the whole staff was great! Moana was there when we left at 4:00 am and was just as cheerful as when we first arrived a week earlier.

Not clean, there was a handprint on the shower wall and hair everywhere. Gross. It was also sooooo loud. All night from 8pm until we left that morning. It sounded like a herd of elephants above and we could hear people talking next door on both sides. Paper thin walls. Will not stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was sweet. Check in was quick and easy. Only used the gym as far as extras and it had what I needed for basics. Bed was comfy as heck and bathroom was super clean. Was at the very edge of the city right above the freeway but you couldn't hear it at all. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Just a sign saying they’d be back. There is a child screaming outside our room. It’s very loud! No restaurant nearby to walk to. We didn’t want to drive anywhere after driving for 12 hours. It is difficult to find the hotel.

We reserved our room a few months ago with a king size bed. When we checked in this afternoon we were told there were no rooms left with king size beds and they do not guarantee anything since we used Expedia instead of Hampton. We also were not given a discount for not receiving king size bed.
We had to join their members club to use the “free” Wi-Fi otherwise we would be charged a fee for using Wi-Fi. Pulled ba k the sheets to get in bed and there was dried up something stuck to the bottom sheet.

Really nice. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location for easy access to IKEA, restaurants are just an exit away with many options. The hotel offers breakfast.

Just an overnight stay. Convenient location for our needs...a little tricky to get to. Our bed and pillows were comfy cozy🙂 The shower head needs a fix...but otherwise clean, friendly front desk and breakfast crew. Good price!

The facilities were excellent but the host who checked us in on arrival was less than personable and condescending and rude. I’m sure she was having a bad day. All the same I was glad not to see her again during my stay.

Staff is great. Hotel is new and clean. Nice breakfast. The only problem we had is that room cleaning didn’t show up for 3 days leaving us with garbage and towels and no fresh sheets.
