The hotel smelled of mildew, the sheets were not clean, and there were homeless people at the property's entrance. Expedia should no longer promote this venue! I have disputed this charge and hope to be reimbursed. I have a heart condition, which was not good for me. The staff was not cooperative.

Some staff were helpful and great. Some were very lackluster. Mattress was not good. AC worked amazing in the room, but wasn't on in the rest of the place. Breakfast offered was less than good. No eggs or bacon or sausage. Won't stay here again. Room overall was 5 out of 10.

Save your money for a real hotel. Unless you want your room to have mold in the shower and A/C unit, smell of wet dog in the room and incense in the hall way to cover the weed smell, and have used shampoo, lotion, etc left in the room from the previous occupant. I found sleeping in my car to be a better alternative than staying in this hotel. You will not get a refund from this place either.

The hotel as a whole looks significantly more high quality in the pictures than it is in person. The parking area is unkept, hallways are run-down and old, and the rooms are just “okay”. The only nice part of the hotel is the lobby. None of this would be an issue… except it seems too expensive for its quality. The hotel elevator also stopped working while we were there, felt very inconvenient and honestly scary. Lastly, the staff is quite un-informative and dry. Not very welcoming considering that should be part of their role if they’re the first face you see when entering the hotel.

Check in was fine, it was hard to hear the desk staff. You park in the back and the door opens to split floors. The elevator you have to go up or down the first set of floors, so be prepared for that. I believe there is two parking areas, an above ground and possibly below ground. Bed was a bit bouncy, pillows softer and thicker. AC unit wasn't the best ( I prefer them loud for the noise) but it worked. Microwave and Fridge! I didn't hear too much of the other rooms nor the elevator I was across the hall from. Bathroom door repaired weirdly and the door you kinda have to push in and pull hard to open and close. Water tastes like chlorine. Didn't try the breakfast, almost no room for the breakfast. Two tables and a small section for it. On our last day we left for a concert, came back and the tub had a bit of brown water in it. We never messed with the tub and nothing else in the room was disturbed. So unsure where that came from.

We checked into the hotel in the early evening. We were surprised when the receptionist told us that they didn't have a room available for us! What she meant was they didn't have any rooms with a King Size bed but could put us in a room with 2 double beds. We thought it was too late to look for another location so we agreed with the 2 double beds. Then when we got to the room, our TV did not have a remote in the room. They sent someone up to help us, however the remote he had was unable to control all of the functions. He came back the next morning with a remote that worked. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate a couple of times at the continental breakfast. It was not very well supplied. Only had yogurts, different kinds of bread for toast, and a waffle maker. No eggs or sausage or much of anything else. One of the 4 selections on the juice machine was not working and then it ran out of orange juice one morning.

Beds were comfortable, but the room with the king sized bed was crowded. Breakfast had cereal and waffles and not much else. Coffee was not good. It’s alright for the price.

to start the key would scan green on the door but then the lock wouldn’t turn. we had to go downstairs 3 times only for it to unlock while the manager was standing there watching. once inside the gap under the door was CRAZY. I could hear every noise outside the door. Hotel smelt like someone was smoking in it. The echo in the bathroom should be illegal, i’m pretty sure they could hear everything from the hallway. We didn’t even stay the night there, had to cut the stay short and leave at like 3 am.
