Lovely place and location

Would have loved to stayed longer, but ski resorts were shut down at the beginning of our stay due to Covid 19. Note - Kitchen appliances are older and in need of attention. Such as the refrigerator water dispenser wouldn't work, and the gas burners on the stove top wouldn't lite.

Great location.

Big condo in a great location for skiing at Alta/Snowbird/Brighton/Solitude. A few updates needed, but plenty of room for two families or a large group.

Great location for skiing, okay property

Stayed in Jan 2020. Can’t beat the location for a quick drive up Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon. The property itself was only okay. The decor was 90s, and the kitchen moderately equipped for a rental property (cheap and malfunctioning appliances, however). Bedding was mostly comfortable. Heating was a major problem, as one bedroom remained extremely cold (less than 65) and others too warm (more than 75) when the thermostat was set to 72. Hot tub was clearly not cleaned recently (yuck!) and out of chlorine (double yuck!).

Enjoyed the stay

Overall, the property is great. Big rooms, spacious closets, and comfortable beds/furniture. The only drawbacks are the limited parking options (2 car garage) and limited number of essential supplies (e.g., no kleenex, no paper towels, no napkins, only one blow dryer for the whole house).

Pleasant, pretty, spacious,, with great fireplace

House was clean, patios were filthy, garage could be swept up. The hot tub needed cleaning there was a black scum above the water line, only one jet worked, and ALL the headrests were missing. The check in process was difficult. It was hard to get the security code from vrbo. We give a 3 star for accuracy because the hot tub really didn't work, even disappointing. Communication with manager was good. Amazing location, amazing neighborhood, with gorgeous views and access to the canyons. The unit is comfortable, well appointed, pretty. We loved the fireplace and the ease of using the nest for climate control. We stayed 9 days and were supplied maybe enough dishwasher detergent for half the time. Also, a few paper towel rolls would have been nice as only one was supplied.

Nice place

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed condo! Had everything we needed. We also love staying at Canyons Racquet Club. Garages have taller doors that allow you to park with ski rack and not have to unload ski's to park in garage. The HOA is also great about having roads and driveways cleared of snow multiple times during the day! Will definitely stay here again!

Ski Condo 2019

location, location, location....this condo was perfect for skiing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms (and mattresses) were perfect. There was enough space for all. It was clean and quiet. The hot tub was an extra bonus. The garage and garage door openers were really nice extras. We highly recommend this condo!

Ski Time 2019

This ski condo is in a perfect spot to access Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Easy in/easy out with a spacious 2 car garage. The home is nicely appointed with all the little extras. Big kitchen, nice fireplace, warm hot tub. The beds are comfy. I'd recommend this to groups of 4 -10 people.

An excellent condo with everything we needed.

Beautiful, bright, sunny and clean. Very spacious with plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Incredibly convenient to skiing, shopping, grocery stores, ski rental stores and restaurants. Kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice, large townhouse at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon.

This is very large townhouse that would easily house six or even eight people. We really liked the reclining sofas and the two-car garage is nice to have. Do be aware that this unit includes a lot of stairs, including two half-flights, one down and then one up from the garage (or, first up and then down, the front door) to the kitchen. We found the location to be very convenient for skiing in both Big and Little Cottonwood canyon and found plenty of grocery and restaurant options nearby. We'd stay here again.

Perfect ski house!

This house was absolutely perfect! We’ve been to Utah skiing a number of times and this was the first time not staying at The Village of Solitude (which we love). Since we also go to Snowbird and Alta, we tried staying in the middle. There were 5 of us, including my 17 year old son and two of his buddies. The room w the bunk bed and separate bed was perfect for the three of them. We had plenty of room and could have comfortably slept more. The location was perfect - just 20-30 min from Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and the bigger resorts (Canyons, Park City). Restaurants and grocery store were minutes away. Vacasa was great. We had trouble w the hot tub on Sunday night of a holiday weekend, and received a return call within the hour. We would definitely stay here again! We rented a suburban to drive and the driveway was tight for the ginormous car. We found it much better to back down the street/driveway to make it easier to get out. Also, the garage and two doors were a nice size. The Suburban fit fine! We loved the house!

Excellent Location for Skiiing and great place to relax afterwards

The residence is very comfortable. 3 suites on separate levels gives excellent privacy. However, multiple stairways may be challenging for those lacking mobility. Full 2-car garage offers lots of storage. The hot tub is huge and a great place to relax after skiing. Gas fireplace is cozy and thermostat controlled. Kitchen is modern and updated. Bathrooms are clean and adequate, but slightly dated. Able to take multiple showers at once without depleting hot water, thanks to the gas water heater. One thermostat controls temperature to the entire 3-level unit, making temperatures a little challenging but we were able to manage using the fireplace to moderate lower level. The location couldn't be better if skiing in both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. 5 minute walk to park and ride lot with bus stop to both Ski areas. Also 5 minute walk to a great ski shop for rentals, a 7-11 convenience store for necessities and the Porcupine Pub and Grill, a great place for a drink after a day on the slopes and the best restaurant of our visit.

Very nice and comfy

Convenient for 5-7 people. Slow cooker was very nice kitchen tool. Need to provide hair dryers, though, and more dishwasher detergent for a 5-person, 6-night stay. 2 were not nearly enough and had to buy more. Queen bed in second bedroom was very hard but master bed was terrific. Beds in bunk room slightly small for tall adults. Great location for skiing in Cottonwood canyons. Nice-sized garage for all ski gear and 2 large vehicles.

Ideal Location for Cottonwood Canyons access

Only a 5 minute walk to the Ski shop, the convenience store and the Porcupine Grill (our favorite restaurant during our stay). The Park-and-Ride Bus stop was also a 5 minute walk and gave convenient access to skiing in both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. 3 Suites on three levels offered great privacy, but those with mobility issues may have some difficulty. The huge hot tub easily accommodated our entire family.
