The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Please load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Place all used towels in the laundry room. Please do not make the beds that were used.
Take all garbage to the trash cans on the street side of the house. If the outside grill was used, please clean up the inside grill plate, turn the tank off and replace the grill cover.
If the gas fire pit was used, please make certain the tank is turned off and cover is placed over it. Close & tie umbrellas on patio. Lastly, make certain all windows and doors are shut and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was perfect for a gathering I had with family. The owner approved a gathering prior to my booking it. We used the grill and it worked great however we could not get the outdoor fireplace to work.....not sure if the propane was low or it was just not working.

Comfy home

Loved that it had five bedrooms and four bathrooms (3 full and1half). It was nice to find a place with a king and four queens. A nice place to relax and be with our three grown children. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Home was absolutely beautiful. Group was 9 of us and we had plenty of kitchen ware to cook and feed all of us. Plenty of room for all of us. Home was well maintained. Easy check in and check out and host were great at communicating with me. Will stay here next year when we come back.

Wonderful, CLEAN home!

Wonderful, CLEAN home in a very quiet neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds and lovely back yard. The 5 of us were here for a convention in downtown Salt Lake City, which was a quick 20-25 minute drive all week. There were plenty of local amenities within minutes of the home. Highly recommend this home for a large family or group with a caution that the multi-levels may prove difficult for those who have trouble with stairs.

Lovely Property

The home was well maintained and very clean. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, towels cloths, etc. Everything we used worked! Photographs are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 nights. As a group of older women only drawback was steep stairs to the basement with no handrail.

Just what we were hoping for!

This property was exactly as presented on VRBO. We had ten family members from Virginia, Oklahoma and Iowa in town for a family wedding. We were close enough to the airport for multiple arrival and departure trips, close to the wedding venue, and easy travel to the many sights of the Salt Lake area. The back yard was a perfect gathering place for us to visit with even more family for a short time. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.

Very responsive owner

This property worked great for our family. The online description was not fully accurate, example, no hot tub, but the property was clean and in a good location. We had a few problems with the AC but the owner was very responsive and very attentive to getting the problem resolved. Given the 100 degree weather, her quick response was much appreciated.

Lusterpoint Lane

We were very happy with the home on Lusterpointe Lane in West Jordan Utah. It was big enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Lots of windows and natural light. A couple different living spaces to hang out in. The bathrooms were roomy. The only critique would be the surface of the shower floors are slippery when wet. A bath tub mat would be an easy solution. The outdoor space was perfect. I would recommend this home if you are visiting this area. The hosts, Ken and Laura, were prompt with getting back to me to answer any questions I had.

Amazing Stay!

This property has it all! This beautiful home fulfilled all of our needs and more! It is very comfortable and inviting. From the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen that included lots of dishware, pots and pans, air fryer, crock pots, Keurig and coffee pods. Great laundry room with clothes soap and fabric softener if you decide you need to do laundry. Soft towels, shampoo and soap provided in every bathroom, as well as toilet paper. Anything we forgot to bring with us, Laura had! The backyard is relaxing and we even played a few games of badminton. We took walks around the neighborhood and even met one of the neighbors! Great location and we felt very safe. Thank you again Laura for your hospitality! I hope to come back and stay in the near future!

Friend ski trip

The home was exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable, which is great after a hard ski day. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and pots and pans. We like to cook in so it was a great help. The check in process went smooth. We arrived a little early and we were allowed to enter the house which is very helpful after a long travel day. The house had an inviting fire pit, but we were too tired to use it. Overall the stay was amazing. Jordan is an excellent location. It’s easy to get to the slopes ans well ans the airport. We found everything we needed was close by. Unfortunately we had two that suffered ski injuries and we had to fly home a day early. The host graciously refunded our last day. We plan to return to this home for our annual family ski trip. Thankyou Laura for all your help!!!

We came for a show at Ashton Gardens in Thanksgiving Point. Location was perfect for access to airport and event. House was clean and suited me and my friends (ages 71-77)very well. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but nothing we couldn’t manage. Kitchen suited us for the meals we took while there. Everything we could need was provided. Had a great stay I a beautiful home with perfect weather.

Family get together

Doing a tour of national parks. Started in Tetons/Yellowstone and met at this house with additional family. Spent a couple days seeing the area and Golden Spike Park and headed down to Torrey, Escalante staircase and into St George. It was a good location and plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen was well supplied and back yard was a relaxing gathering spot.
