Your party will have access to the entire condominium and porch. Shared access to beach walkways, pool, hot tub, grilling and picnic areas.

We use a private cleaning service that offers the best in customized cleaning for the highest sanitation. Fresh linens with each stay from Island Essentials. Bed linens such as quilt, mattress pads, blankets all cleaned professionally between each guest. Linen rental and cleaning expense included in nightly rate.

This is a non-smoking complex. Smoking of any kind and vaping are strictly prohibited in the units, on the decks, and shared spaces.
This condominium is a luxury accommodation.

• No parties or events. Family gatherings are welcome.
• No pets allowed.
• No use of open flames indoors.

Due to HOA rules, we cannot accommodate more than 4 overnight guests in this unit--including children.
