"The Charleston Inn is absolutely charming! Our room and the Inn were clean. The staff is exceptional. Chastina and Mavia truly know what customer service means! The shops on Main Street were very close, so we parked our car and walked. There are many excellent restaurants too! Our trip to Hendersonville, NC was wonderful!"

"Our visit was nice and quiet. The staff was great. Our room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds behind the hotel have very nice seating areas, a water feature and a nice green lawn. We chose not to get in the pool since the water was very murky looking and not clear at all. A nice treat to have 2 free bottles of water and a small basket of free snacks awaiting us in our room. The room was very nice. Just FYI, the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans nor locks on bathroom doors. They do have plush towels and soft tissue. Breakfast served during our visit included sausage patties, variety of eggs, French toast, pancake & sausage on sticks, mandarin orange fruit cups, biscuits, gravy, corned beef hash, cereals, yogurt cups, chewy granola bars, muffins, and more. Coffee, milk, juice. We recommend this place and would stay here again."

"The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices."

"Clean hotel and room. Needed a place to sleep overnight so didn’t really use much of the facility. Breakfast was ok. They had make your own waffles, an egg omelet, yogurt, some fruit, muffins, juice, coffee, tea. I would stay again was reasonable"

"We loved our stay and plan to re visit again!!! Our kids were so surprised when they found out we were actually staying in a caboose.. my son loves trains. So close to everything we wanted to do!!! Ken was great with communicating with me and answering my questions as I had them... A much needed relaxing getaway south a great view!!!!"
