“Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. “We had a great stay. Hope was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We went to see Sight and Sound and were only about 25 minutes away.”

“The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)……

“Where old meets new: exposed beams and brick and beautiful new rehabilitation. Rooms were laid out well and very comfortable and master suite with soaking tub was spectacular. There are a few spots and stairs that lean but that adds character to the place. Close to the wedding venue we were in town for along with restaurants and stores. ”
