"Great house but was not as clean as should have been, pool was leaking water so had to leave hose in so even though I paid extra for heat in pool it was barely warm"

"There had been furniture upgrades, which included some of the beds…we had brought our own linens, so didn’t have enough king-size sheets. A quick phone call, and sheets were delivered within a hour. This is a very nice home, and has a “brand-new” feel to it. "

"Daylight savings created an issue with the door unlock code and could not get in the house. The owner was very prompt in correcting the issue. It was a small inconvenience.House was clean and acceptable and we enjoyed our stay."

"The house was clean, tidy and everything to enjoy our vacation. Due to the rain and Hurricane, we got piss ants in the kitchen but went and got traps. Resolved in one day. Beautiful view of the ocean and very quiet neighborhood. "

"This property was pretty much exactly as expected after reviewing the other reviews, description and photos. It has a bit of wear and tear but nothing that reduced the quality of our vacation. It was clean (other than the salty windows which are usually cleaned at the beginning of the week at other homes we've rented). None of bathrooms were impressive but they were adequate. It has a Keurig, which is always a plus for me. The pool, although not heated, was still refreshing on the hottest days. The walk to the beach was better than other oceanfront homes we've stayed at. For the price, I would rent it again. "

"Ocean was visible from 2nd and rooftop balconies Pool was nice and clean easy access to the beach There were some ant issues in the kitchen if you left some thing on the counter overnight "

"The positives: Beautiful house and nicely decorated. Spotless, awesome views and very quiet. Communication with property managers was great. Ice machine broke and was fixed within a couple of hours. The negatives: A list of "Do not do" with the warning that "people will be watching". 5:00pm check in and 9:00am check out. 1,500 security deposit (which we did get back) and a charcoal grill of the type you'd find at a state park. Not sure if the grill is an HOA issue, but not adequate for a house that sleep 10 people."
