Help needed to return luggage

The overall property was great - very spacious and true to description and pictures. My daughter and her friend accidentally left their luggage in the elevator. I have been calling almost every day since we came home and have received no response from anyone concerning getting their luggage returned. This is ridiculous and the very poorest of customer service.
