“I didn’t get a room nor my refund”

“Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.”

“front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was lacking but didn’t have very high expectations.”

“Ac wasn’t working in breakfast area, hot tub broke, pool was green, ice machine broke, mattress was terrible, room had wall repairs all over needed to be painted. Breakfast had minimal selection. STAY AWAY.”

“Pool was closed. Room was very dated and carpet was dirty. Will not stay here again”

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mobile. The inn house was dated back to the 1820’s. They had fire places in every room. It felt cozy, rustic, and straight out of a story book.”

“I travel weekly and often stay at the Admiral Hotel. It is one of the best I have found. Definitely recommend to other travelers.”

“The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!”

“Held an additional $50 from my credit card with no “good” explanation & still haven’t received it back yet. Bathtub was disgusting and flaking off big chunks. TV remote had no batteries, second remote had different size batteries. Stairwell carpeting was super nasty. Otherwise it was a bed for the night.”
