「Clean rooms and very good food 」

「Beautiful and spacious place. Comfortable beds and furnature. Ocean view from the balcony and steps to walk into the clear water. Close to the public beach, stores and bus station. The host was very helpful. I recommend this place when you stay in Samal. 」

「This is a beautifully furnished house right on the water. There are steps that lead into the water! A public beach is just 5 minutes up the road. Josephine, the property manager, was fantastic. She helped arrange dinner for us who were arriving much later than expected.」

「When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...
