His hospitality and kindness truly impressed me, and he is one of the main reasons I felt extremely satisfied with my stay. When two Yandex drivers declined our request because of our two pieces of luggage, the doorman kindly helped us call a taxi. His assistance made a real difference. The hotel left a very positive impression overall. I would gladly recommend it and wish to thank all……

“レギスタン広場に近接という最高の立地、お部屋はクリーンで広々、すぐ横に素敵なバルコニーがあってとても素晴らしい。バスタブ付の洗面所トイレもお掃除が行き届いて気持ちが良い。大きなホテルのビュッフェに比べると朝食はシンプルだけど、旅先では余り食べられないから十分でした。スタッフは親切丁寧で出発まで大変お世話になりました。素晴らしいホテルです。”

“The staff needs to loosen up. First, they need to smile. They all have this doomsday look all the time. Second, they need to be more attentive and helpful. For example, at breakfast, the guest must ask them to refill the platters and for coffee.”
