When two Yandex drivers declined our request because of our two pieces of luggage, the doorman kindly helped us call a taxi. His assistance made a real difference. “I stayed at Mövenpick Samarkand for two nights in July 2026 in a standard room with a double bed. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around Samarkand's main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the water temperature of the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between cold and very hot, with no way to regulate it using the tap. We informed the reception staff about the problem, and they said someone would come to inspect it, but……

“Eine sehr schöne, familiengeführte Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. Der Registan ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Mini-Markt befindet sich direkt nebenan. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie. Am Bayram-Fest wurden wir spontan zum Essen eingeladen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ein wunderbares Beispiel für die Herzlichkeit, die wir nicht nur in diesem Hotel, sondern während unserer gesamten……

“Easy access to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Registan square, and Shirin Bika Aqa Mausoleum. The little downside is access to the Hotel in inconvenient as the hotel is located in a restricted zone. ”
