「First the positives: clean, spacious room, good AC, friendly staff, close walking distance to the Registan, 5-10 min depending on your walking speed. Loved the water dispenser for refilling bottles so we bought fewer throwaway bottles. Unfortunately, there were significant infrastructure issues that need addressed. Our 4-bed room had only two outlets which made charging things difficult. The regular lighting was dim, impossible to read by, and the alternate lighting was red which made the room...

Ein Mini-Markt befindet sich direkt nebenan. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Familie. Am Bayram-Fest wurden wir spontan zum Essen eingeladen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und ein wunderbares Beispiel für die Herzlichkeit, die wir nicht nur in diesem Hotel, sondern während unserer gesamten...

「Clean room, just little outdated on the towels. Breakfast is good for its value just go earlier than later in the day.」

「Easy access to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Registan square, and Shirin Bika Aqa Mausoleum. The little downside is access to the Hotel in inconvenient as the hotel is located in a restricted zone. 」

Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. 」
