「Lucia was very kind and she made us feel welcome from the very beginning, she made sure we had everything we needed, recommended near by restaurants, and in the morning she made sure we enjoyed breakfast before we left every day! The property is gorgeous and very spacious! Did i mention heated floors!! The view from the balcony! I can go on all day about how much we enjoyed our stay! Overall great experience! Lovely place! 「Wir kamen mit unseren Motorrädern um 20:30 Uhr klatschnass an…….. und konnten die Motorräder in die Garage stellen und bekamen nach dem Umziehen ( trockene Kleidung ) noch was zu Essen ….. Service 」

The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. 「This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.」

「We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. 」
