“Our stay was disappointing due to the excessive noise. We could hear people talking and watching a football game as if they were in our room. During the night, I could hear a man snoring in the room above me, which kept me awake. The soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.”

“Check in was quick. Breakfast was ok and had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. The only two items I would like improved is that I had to ask for the coffee carafes to be refilled and the hot food items (eggs, potatoes, sausage patties) were warm but not hot in their induction pans. Thankfully the turnover of the food was sufficient that I was not concerned about food-borne pathogens growing in food held too cool.
