“Had a wonderful stay at the hotel which had newly reopened following a renovation. The hotel had a very stylish design. The pool area was beautiful. The management and staff in the restaurant, bar and throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful and attentive. It would be impossible to name them all! “Foul weather caused our British Airlines flight to divert to the little town of Bari. We were a plane full of holiday travelers just off-loaded at 8 pm and told by BA - here is your luggage, we will leave in 12 hours, good luck finding accommodations for yourself. Using Expedia I was able to get a room at this hotel pretty quickly. Others in flight not so lucky, hotels were booking up fast as our flight was not the only unexpected aircraft to divert to Bari.
