"The view is amazing; beautiful sunrises. Condo development that is like it’s own little village. A little ways away from main areas, but very easy to get transportation. It’s actually nice to be in a quieter area at night. Landlord is very accessible and responsive. We did have an issue with one of the two bathrooms that could not be fully resolved, I think because it was New Year’s weekend, but we did fine with second bathroom."

"We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. "The apartment they assigned us was not the apartment in the listing. Instead of the lovely condo from the pictures we got a much less attractive condo. Instead of the pretty dining table with 4 chairs there was a tiny, cheap table with 2 chairs stuck in the corner. The couch was small and covered with a bed sheet. "You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. My travel mate ended up falling into an unseen garden bed and breaking his collar bone (2 breaks) And lacerated ear. 22 stitches.
