“C’était parfait merci beaucoup !”

“Hands down one of the top stays I’ve had. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to upload, but the apartment literally looks as pristine as the photos. We arrived after midnight and Kahina ensured we had easy check-in instructions prior to our arrival. Her hospitality made it feel like home and she really cares about the health and wellness of her guests and the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed: - Powerful air conditioning - Plenty of clean towels - Toiletries - Dishes/cooking……

“This place feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The main floor has showers and luggage storage for people who have checked out but still want to use the beach that day but it is impossible to get by them with your luggage down the narrow twisting corridor when they have their stuff spread out all over. Never did find where the breakfast that I paid for is served. And the rooftop terrace that they so proudly advertise has not been open for TWO YEARS!! When I asked about it, the desk clerk……

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very quirky and rustic interior (it’s an old palazzo style building) but this added to the charm.”

“Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.”

“The location is excellent, right amongst the old town, restaurants and bars. Beach also an easy 10 min walk. Busses from and to the airport cost us under 5 euros one way. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace and bar is lovely especially at night.”

“The hotel was extremely hot during our stay, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room properly. It was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and made it difficult to sleep. The room really needs a more effective cooling system.”

“位置很好，就在市政厅广场，离其他的景点都在可以接受的范围。酒店顶层可以晒太阳同时眺望山上的城堡。离著名的海滩也不远。附近有很多条餐饮街，随时可以找到吃的。”

“Ottima posizione a un passo dalla Rambla di Alicante e circa 15 minuti di passeggiata dalla spiaggia. Personale ok. Colazione buona , varia e realizzata con buoni ingredienti. Contro: tanto tanto rumore dalla strada a tutte le ore nonostante i doppi vetri. Nessuna possibilità in camera di appendere i costumi e i teli mare ancora umidi. Pulizie in camera ottime.”
