Clean and comfortable apartment, overlooking the pool. Excellent location to reach the main destinations. Everything a bit cold and informal. At the reception, Martina, a very kind Italian girl. Small inconveniences of their disorganization, but nothing that disturbed the smooth running of the holiday. Every request satisfied, cleaning personsle very kind. We asked for a phone and an iron, they immediately accommodated us. Thank you

Super tranquilo la zona, piscina no climatizada estaba el agua congelada, no se reviso la habitación pk estån ael cristal del baño empañado mampara no se lavo piso sucio, cama hacia mucho ruido, necesita una buena reforma, la habitación no estaba echa a las 3 y me tuvieron q cambiar de apartamento

Bonito y amplio apartamento en una zona muy tranquila a un precio muy razonable. Varias piscinas cerca todos los apartamentos. Buenas posibilidades para aparcar cerca del apartamento. Sin duda vamos a elegir este hotel en nuestras próximas visitas a Gran Canaria

Mediocre y trato malo

La llegada para hacer el check in estĂ  lejos de los apartamentos. Yo habĂ­a entendido como en otros alojamientos que se podĂ­a usar las.instalaciones del hotel , iba con una niña de 3 años y queria llevarla al parque o a los chorros, y aĂșn ofreciendo pagar mĂĄs o cambiarme al hotel , me negaron el acceso las recepcionistas bastante bordes e inflexibles (las de la tarde del viernes). Permiten que pagues para comer allĂ­ pero no para el uso de las instalaciones es un sin sentido entonces que sĂłlo compartan unas cosas como recepciĂłn y comedor y otras no. TambiĂ©n me diĂł la sensaciĂłn que los residentes estorbabamos. El apartamento necesita mantenimiento, cocina muy pequeña y nevera con tapa del congelador rota, bañera con picadas y Ăłxido .. A favor que el precio es econĂłmico y la piscina es pequeña pero se estĂ  comodo.

Kjedelig Ä ikke ha tilgang pÄ lekeplassen, fordi vi bodde i feil avdeling. DÄrlige senger. Vi trodde vi hadde bestilt all inklusive, nÄr vi ble gjort oppmerksom pÄ dette var det forsÄvidt greit. Men det var ikke mulig Ä kjÞpe et eneste mÄltid pÄ hotellet. Rent og pent basseng. Rolig og fint omrÄde . Lenger til stranda enn beskrevet. DÄrlig kundeservice.

"LÀgenheten" (= vardagsrum & sovrum 42 m2) var ok. Lika sÄ stÀdningen. RÄvarorna till frukost, lunch & middag ok, men smaklöst pga att inga kryddor anvÀndes i maten. Utbudet pÄ dricka (All Inclusive) i baren ok. Personalen trevlig. Vid regn en dag trÀngde vatten in under dörren frÄn balkongen till vardagsrummet, men det Àr ju inte ovanligt i Spanien. TV med mÄnga spanska, engelska. franska, polska, ryska kanaler. Samt SVT1, SVT2 & YLE1 vilka kanaler hela tiden var jÀttedÄliga och ofta ingen bild alls.

Uimaallasalue oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli aikaa nÀhnyt (olimme 5 alueella). Respan henkilökunnan asiakaspalvelu melko tökeröÀ. Tuntui, ettÀ all inclusivelaiset oli jotenkin parempia asiakkaita. Kuntosali oli pieni mutta ajoi asiansa. Aamiaista ei erikseen saatavilla. LÀhellÀ pieni Spar kauppa, isoihin marketteihin hieman matkaa (kuljimme taksilla). Kuitenkin kokonaisarvosana ihan hyvÀ.

familienfreundliches Hotel.bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich,das wir einen Weg,350 m gehen mussten um etwas zu essen und trinken zubekommen.Das war zu viel.In der ersten Woch hatten wir GlĂŒck,alles mundete gut,dann wurde es jeden Tag schlechter,uns hat auch das Verhalten vieler GĂ€ste gestört,alles wurde angekaut,dann liegen gelassen,auf den Tischen und unter sah es nach verlassen dieser,sehr unsauber aus.Dem Personal möchte ich meine Hoachtung aussprechen.

Ikke imponerende appartment.

Har bodd pÄ Koala Garden suites tidligere. Det ble en liten nedtur pÄ Koala Garden appartments. Det er flere Ärsaker til det: A) Hotellet hadde ikke kontroll pÄ engelske gjester i alle aldre som ravet dritings i bassengomrÄdet. Dette gjorde at poolen var blokkert for normale gjester i tillegg til all stÞyen og kvalmen som disse gjestene skapte. Sikkerhetsvaktene fungerte ikke og fÞrst nÄr manageren for hotellet, dukket opp klarte han Ä roe gemyttene. Vi ble lovet en nyoppusset leilighet, men fikk nedslitte rom. Vi klaget pÄ dette og fikk fÞrst 2 dager senere en noe bedre leilighet med sol pÄ terrassen. Begge leilighetene hadde manglende utstyr som vannkoker, hÄrfÞner og fjernkontroll til TV. PÄ avreisedagen fikk vi vite at det i lÞpet av kommende halvÄr skulle denne avdelingen oppjusteres. Kommer neppe tilbake hit til koala Garden appartments for den prisen.
