"The place is very well equiped and clean. We had everything we needed to spend a few days. It was easy to communicate with the host who quickly responds."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Maison partagée avec les propriétaires, non précisé dans l’annonce. Manque de liberté de part et d'autre . Cuisine, salon, télévision, terrasse communs .. Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. "The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, are the perfect hosts and very responsive. Lovely stay!"

"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

Pleasant in Lecce

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Arryvo in beautiful Lecce. Really easy to find, with a 10 minute walk from the station. And a lovely warm welcome on arrival. I really liked the modern style of the hotel, and yet you can step out the back door straight into the winding streets of the historic centre of Lecce. The a la carte breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious choices, great coffee, and served with a smile. Great air-conditioned rooms and comfy beds for a good night sleep. Hopefully I'll be back again soon."

"The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in, Matteo, Alfonso, Mansi were so warm and welcoming and seemed that they genuinely cared. Claudia in the wellness spa had such good energy and kindness as well. We would stay here again and am recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay! "
