Cute close and quaint!

Was a super cute place perfect fit for us! Short walk to the beach and pier! Only thing I’d change was the AC! We got there to check in and it was boiling! Took along time with just the window unit to cool the small apartment down! But once it was cooled it was lovely! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Tidy, but not completely clean

Older property was tidy and is in a fantasy location near the pier. Floor wasn't cleaned to my standards and the kitchen smelled of mold.

Super clean and great location! Parking is a little tough, but you're close to the beach, shopping and restaurants so once you find a spot there's no need to drive anywhere.

Great place, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants! It a smaller town but has a lot of charm and is very safe! One thing I would suggest is to have some throw blankets in the place because it tended to get chilly at nights/early evenings!

Awesome view

Just get there park your car and forget about it, everything is walking distance that you don't need to worried about driving the whole time you are there. The beach is less than 7 minutes walk, good place with everything that you need, we will stay here again.

Fantastic location!

You can't beat the location. So very close to the beautiful beach, pier and restaurants. Other reviews are pretty accurate as to what you'll find with this property. I would definitely stay here again based on location and price alone, and that they take pets.

The location of this unit is perfect with a lovely view of the beach. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and cafes. Plenty of towels and supplies. The downtown area is nearby with many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed using the boogie board and chairs.

So close to the beach

It was a perfect sized place for two people. It was two blocks from the beach, a short easy walk. The parking is challenging for anything other than a small to mid size vehicle. The couch wasn’t super comfortable so used as a bed it would be a challenge which is why I said it’s a good place for just two. But we would stay here again!

Great View, property in need of updating.

Location, location, location, truly! It was incredibly hot in the bedroom and bathroom of the property with the ac unit in the living room/kitchen space, and opening the windows it is difficult to sleep when people are walking by (of which there are many in the multi-unit property). The property is very old and needs updating. The windows are nearly impossible to open. The bed is very comfortable, and the view/location are hard to beat. I was charged a huge pet fee close to my travel date because the interaction between Vacasa/expedia/VRBO was erroneous at the time of booking, and Vacasa was difficult to reach and when they did could have cared less about their own error. I will avoid Vacasa in the future.

Very disappointed. The toilet was not working for 2 1/2 days when we checked in. I called and texted several times and was told the plumber would come out. He didn’t come until Thursday 10:30 am. I never received the code to check in we

Beach Getaway

The location is great. The view was beautiful. Having said that- I feel that the unit could use some maintenance. The faucet in the bathroom does not turn off properly. Also, the shower- very hard to get the right temperature. Almost burned myself! There was not enough water pressure to wash my long hair. That was bad. There was also a constant water dripping in the bathtub. Like a Chinese water torture! Also- a broom would be nice! There was broken glass, and I could not sweep it up. Last suggestion, mention where to find the washer/dryer. And where to take garbage out. We may return here.

Nice location but needs updated furnishings.

The location was great! We did have a problem with somebody’s dogs, barking for hours, while they were gone during the day. This sofa was definitely not a queen size bed. It was just a little bit larger than a twin so we ended up buying a blowup mattress and using that. If you have small children, two of them could fit on the couch, when it was turned into a futon, bed. You just have to be careful because the back side if someone is laying on it, and the other person gets off the other side where you normally sit on the sofa it tips over The bedroom was very hot, even though they had a ceiling fan and an extra fan. Wish we had a little vacuum or a broom to get the sand off the floors. Since you’re so close to the beach every where you walk on the sidewalks or down to your vehicle, you still bring Sand back up into your room from your shoes. Bring extra towels because you only get one towel per person especially if you’re staying for more than a few days.. the staff was great. You just never know what kind of neighbors you’re getting one of the days we had problems with a barking dog and the next tenants have four small children. And they were just loud at the parents let them play right under our bedroom window early in the morning. We never could figure out how to get into the garage to use the boogie boards or beach miscellaneous but that was fine..

It was not user friendly. The 2 living room lights had to be plugged and unplugged on the floor. No hooks for hanging jackets etc, except for outside. Kitchen floor covering is damaged and partly nailed down with staples. Only a few cloth hangers and no hooks to hang anything in bed or bathroom. A simple chair to sit on to put on your socks for instance, would have been nice. All in all below standards.
