“The interior was great. Nice look. Clean. I'm sure we were too noisy for him. Our dog was triggered by everything in the neighborhood. Sorry about that! The owner was helpful and noticed a couple of our needs we wouldn't have thought would be available when our family visited for dinner. The unit was probably a granny flat so it's attached to his home. The back yard was...a work in progress. I'd love to be there when his garden is in full use.”

“Door handle inside house fell right off. Bedrooms are musty smelling. Fire pit didn’t light. Hot tubs were falling apart. Dresser drawer fell off. The staff that came to fix our problems couldn’t understand why we had complained and refused to come in the house. She was rude, unapologetic, and said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away. We did not get a refund for both of the nights. The homeowner communicated with us, but only refunded 1 out of our 3 night. We had to get a hotel after……

“I truly enjoyed my time here. The hosts were incredibly responsive and check in was a breeze. There is a beautiful park with a large pond right there in the neighborhood that was a favorite place for me and my dog to walk each day. The home warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in OC! ”
