“We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. “Great place, cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights, you have local stores nearby and 10mins away from SurfCity. Pool was nice and just overall very pleased. The host and workers communicated a lot and any questions I had were quickly answered. Recommend 10/10”

“Our stay at the hotel was good, I would say excellent, however some of the staff wasn’t either in the mood or their misdemeanor is just rude and being serious. That’s a turn off for the business, I would rather have staff that are friendly and helpful rather than just rude. Food was okay, the taste wasn’t up to par but it was edible. Lastly we had an issue with one of the staff, we gave the receptionist the card and like in many hotels , they usually charge whatever card is on file, that wasn’t……

“Only thing that was okay was the beds were comfortable and the view. But the customer service was not good at all! They seem to be doing the bare minimum, the food made us sick! Quality of the food was not good, breakfast was subpar. The tiles on the pool are coming off and it was dangerous walking in it. The chairs outside would break by barely sitting on them. Entrance going in and out to the hotel was really rough, need to be smoother out. Parking lot has no lights at all at night time. When……
