「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. 「Great place, cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights, you have local stores nearby and 10mins away from SurfCity. Pool was nice and just overall very pleased. The host and workers communicated a lot and any questions I had were quickly answered. Recommend 10/10」

「Our stay at the hotel was good, I would say excellent, however some of the staff wasn’t either in the mood or their misdemeanor is just rude and being serious. That’s a turn off for the business, I would rather have staff that are friendly and helpful rather than just rude. Food was okay, the taste wasn’t up to par but it was edible.
