Ideal Family Beach House

The house was ideal for our family. Each floor has bedroom and en suite. A grill was available right off the dining/living area. The kitchen was full of all the appliances and utensils needed for any cooking that we needed. The rooftop deck was a big hit in the evenings. The location is also prime for access to everything. The property managers are very helpful and prompt at responding to inquiries. Would definitely stay in one of their properties again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything was clean, and as advertised in pictures and description. The garage is small but was able to accommodate our minivan rental. We loved the restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation!

Clean house provided with attention to details in a great location and an excellent price.

We really enjoyed our stay here serving as our landing pad for a weekend wedding in San Diego. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths was perfect for 6 adults. House is in a fun location and management assured that our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Awesome location with parking garage in a great neighborhood. Steps to the beach, walk down to the pier, tons of great restaurants within a few blocks. Super easy check in process and great host.

Really comfy stay in Mission

This place is nicely furnished! Beds are super comfy and kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked! Cute decor. We were a group of 4 including 17 and 19 year old girls and they were impressed.

Great property

This is a great property for family and friends to visit! The beach is a 1 minute walk and Belmont park is a 20 minute walk down ocean front walk. There are plenty of scooters around for rent as well. Overall this is a fantastic property and would stay here again

Beautiful home close to beach.

We Just had the best stay at Mission Beach. The home was very clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We particularly liked hanging out if the rooftop for happy hour. We could also walk to the restaurants/bars/coffee shops/beach with such convenience. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful beach vacation!

Great home location, layout of bedrooms and bathrooms each on one of the three floors. Could get hot in summer months. Great parking and well kept. We had a wonderful time!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fantastische huis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. En de locatie is natuurlijk top! Echt maar één minuut lopen naar zee. De garage is heel ruim. En we hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de strandstoelen en strandhanddoeken. Van harte aanbevolen!!!

Great house for a week at the beach

Location: This house is close to everything. Beach, bay, food, coffee, Belmont. Super easy to get in and out with the car. We walked over to the bay to watch 5 different fireworks shows. Parking: parking is a nightmare in mission beach. The garage fit the SUV I rented (sideways). House: the house was clean and stocked with everything needed. We didn't need soap, paper towels, garbage bags etc for the week. The house had it all. Washer and dryer worked great (so we didn't have to pack a ton of clothes). There were separate areas for people to hang out and the living room was great for game nights. The sofa is super comfy! Beds were great. AC worked amazing. Bathrooms were clean. Top deck was great for family meals. The beach chairs supplied were amazing. Everyone could carry and have their own comfy beach chair at the beach. Leasing office: couple very minor things to contact leasing office about before and during stay and they were super responsive and nice. I asked my fam if they'd like to stay at this same house again when we come back- no hesitation. Absolute yes.

Excellent Escape

The home we stayed at was very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby in the nice beds with a great mattress and blankets. I was very appreciative the kitchen had lots of dishes and cooking equipment. We were pleasantly surprised to have good quality bath essentials like shampoo and body wash. Thank you!
