This place was conveniently located from where I was visiting on a trip out to SD. But the parking was terrible. I actually got fed up from circling the place to find a parking spot so I ended up getting a hotel in a different location in SD. Yes, I lost out on 203 but at least my family and I were comfortable and finally able to rest from our out of state drive. I agree with a previous comment about minimal check-in information but the owner did respond quickly when I contacted her about a key. Although I didn’t stay here as planned I only left 3/10 for the parking situation.

Great rental!

This rental is fantastic. It is in a perfect location, close to Hillcrest and other amenities. If you are looking to visit the bars, they are within walking distance.

Basic but met our needs

Overall a cozy place if you mostly need a place to sleep while visiting in Hillcrest. Lots of places in handy walking distance. Seemed like minimal check-in info compared to previous VRBOs we stayed in but no problems. Kitchen minimally furnished with plates, utensils, pans, but we didn't use the kitchen except fridge. Paper towel roll was almost empty, found no more in the cupboards. Overall I recommend this place for a basic place to stay and enjoy Hillcrest!
