STEPS TO THE SAND & across from the famous Crystal Pier, enjoy ocean views from your very own beach retreat! Walk right across the street and pitch your blanket on the sandy beach, fish off Crystal Pier, surf, swim or boogie board to your heart's content! The best place ever to recharge your battery and gain some much deserved R&R! Enjoy the peek a boo ocean view from your balcony, step across the street to several fabulous restaurants, bicycle or roller blade on the boardwalk or just go out for a nice stroll! Have your very own front-row seat to stunning sunsets from the complexes beautiful view deck. You will want to come year after year once you experience this magical place! Keep in mind this may not be the best place for young children as it is a party area of pacific beach and there is a bar across the street that can be loud.

Perfect Getaway in Pacific Beach

The place was spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and Pleasant Stay

Great condo! Upgraded kitchen with anything that you would need, plenty of sleeping space for four adults. Quick and easy access to plenty of places to eat, coffee, boardwalk. Super nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards.

The host was accommodating. The space had everything we needed. The location was perfect. I’d recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in the Pacific Beach area.

The perfect slice of heaven

Location location location

Close to everything you need. Park your car in secured underground parking and walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Fun deck to sit out on and people watch. Great little breakfast/coffee place right across the street.

Pacific beach

The location and condo were great. It was in the middle of all the action so it can be loud with the music from the nearby bars but along with that comes lots of little shops, coffee shops, restaurants and of course steps to the ocean. The sunset views from the common area in the complex was also great!

Girls Trip

Great location! We didnt spend too much time in the condo as we were right next to the beach, pier, lots of restaurants, and little souvenir shops. Definitely an upbeat spot if you want to stay busy and be around people. Night life is busy and fun but dont expect things to quiet down until 2am. Check in and check out and communication was easy.

Cozy condo

Staying here was really nice. Yes the bar across the street is loud at night but with the doors closed and the fans on you can really hear it. There was also a sound machine provided in the bedroom that we used for our children. The house was comfortable and the location is so great for walking to the beach, for food. If you’re staying here in the summer it would probably get pretty warm in the room considering there is no AC, but the weather was perfect in September. Would definitely stay here again.

Double Booked

Upon arrival there was another family already in this unit. We booked this location specifically for the location. We wanted to be on the boardwalk so we were able to walk everywhere. Our teenage kids wanted to be independent and enjoy the boardwalk on their schedule. Instead we were rebooked into a hotel where we had to drive everywhere. This mess up completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun Thanksgiving getaway. Super bummed. (The unit looked nice from the doorway and the location is awesome. )

Great location but...

The location was a 10 out of 10 with everything you'd need within walking distance, including of course the beach across the street. Many restaurants, coffee shops and clubs and a grocery store were all within easy walking distance. The check in process had a few hiccups as the directions on Vrbo were n a bit different than what was provided by the host and some of the entry codes had changed, requiring a call to the host. The other annoying thing was that the lead pictures were viewed from the complex and not the unit itself. There was only a picaboo ocean view from the deck. The noise from from the club across the street was definitely a thing, but it was disclosed, so no issues there. The complex itself is a bit older and it shows. Overall, the location was so good that it sort of made up for most of the negatives.

Great walkable location!

The location of the condo was fantastic, you could walk to shops, restaurants and grocery store. While the complex was beachfront this unit has a very limited water view from the corner of the balcony. The main bedroom overlooks a very fun pub BUT it is SUPER loud when you are trying to fall asleep. There are quite a few vagrants around the property that at times were loud and aggressive. We did not use the hot tub because it is very small and didn't seem clean or well maintained. If you intend to have more than 2 couples, it may be a little strange as the bathrooms are located in the bedrooms. Experienced a little delay in response from property manager/owner prior to and during stay but luckily we did not have any serious issues that needed immediate attention. Overall it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the condo with our family of five. It was clean and comfortable with enough space for everyone. The location perfect being right by the beach and Crystal Pier. The communication was great with the property manager right up until the day before check in and during our stay when they become a bit unresponsive. But we would recommend and stay again.

Easy check in, instructions were exact. The condo was great, clean, slept the 5 of us easily. It was a short walk to the beach so we were able to come back and forth throughout the day. It is located across the street from a restaurant that becomes a nightclub so there’s loud music and night life until about 2:30 am. It wasn’t loud with the windows closed inside so it was tolerable and honestly it was not surprising for being next to the pier. There were some beach towels, chairs, bodyboards and sand toys. Also the balcony was nice, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay there again for the close proximity to the beach and the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Great place, even better location!

The place is so convenient to anything you could want (food, grocery store, etc.). The location is absolutely unbeatable and the community itself is good! The area could be a little loud, we couldn't keep the patio door or windows open at night, but that was in the description so we knew to expect it.

Good Location but noisy.

The location was good, but on our side of the units that we stayed we were above all the bars, so it was very noisy at night especially on the weekend. View was not what we expected from our balcony as we overlooked the bars and could barely see the ocean. But otherwise everything was very nice.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants and also the grocery store. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The unit was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay here again if we visit pacific beach in the future.
