Casa Sky Beachfront Rental
- Sky House is a luxurious waterfront mansion San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the peaceful Las Palmas community, just 5-6 minutes from town. The back patio leads directly to the beach with a water statue, beach chairs, and seating. Inside features a plush living room with flat-screen TV, half bath, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen with L-shaped bar, formal dining for six, stone fireplace sitting area, and breakfast nook for four. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has two king beds, Bedroom 2 has one king bed, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, plus a family bathroom. A third-floor rooftop offers stunning views. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

Not even a trash can
Pretty place but short on any amenities. No paper towels but more important no trash can! We stayed here last year but basic condition has deteriorated. Will look elsewhere next year. Sad, because just replacing some window coverings, some paint, a trash can and she would be very good again.

Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez
Really nice home located reasonably close to town. Nice secure area and nice neighbors. My only regret was that we didn't have enough time to stay longer!

Very Clean spacious home with beautiful ocean views and direct beach access
The neighborhood felt secure, the home was very clean, lot's of hot water for showers for our group of 9. The beach access was great and the beach was not busy at all, very lovely. Has a great garage too.
Be very careful with children or older family, lots of slppery tiles and stairs.
The decor could use some renovation, some nicer bedspreads and pillows would be a great improvement especially considering the cost of the property, a more comfortable couch or sectional would be a needed addition for enjoying the ocean view.
The stove and refrigerator also were not working terribly well and a musty smell in the basement needs to be addressed.
We liked the proximity to town, close enough for a quick trip but far enough to be away from noise

Comfortable & clean
Place needs to be updated furniture is really old some shower doors were not working properly but it was clean. It was ver spacious and beach right outside was awesome. The lights wouldn't turn on when we first got there but fridge was working so my husband checked the electric panel and turn switches on, AC worked great. Bring your own trash bags and toilet paper it had cheap toilet paper and just other cleaning supplies I don't think there was a dish detergent. Overall it was a nice experience.
