Giving only 3 stars due to 2 reasons: 1) the hotel seems to be in the progress of renovation and the room didn’t have a chair and table to setup and work on my laptop. 2) there were electric car charging spots but I was not allow to park my car in those spots and charge. I felt the front staff might have given a room without desk assuming I wouldn’t complain. He may have done the same for the charging issue too. The room was clean and upgraded.

It was very late when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Looks like it has been updated recently. I would stay again, pricing fantastic.

The room is clean and nice. Just couple things I wish I know in advance. The hotel charge $30 early checking fee. I arrived at noon and there are rooms available. I need to pay $30 to not waiting until 3pm. Second, I follow the instruction to wait at the shuttle stop but was told since I didn’t call, the shuttle didn’t show up. I was not told that I need to call in the instruction sent by email. I waited an extra hour at the airport. Third, the shuttle does run between 11am-3pm. I wish all these information was available on Expedia.

Staff was really helpful and pleasant especially Sam who I called in the airport to ask for a shuttle pick up, then helped with the check in process.The location is also perfect for dining since there’s a whole strip close by full of restaurants to choose from. I also have kids so a microwave and fridge is convenient to have in the room.
