Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, the dining area was also clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel! The only con is paying to park. But its downtown and expected.

1- It’s a good place, very close to Oracle Park for our Son’s graduation from SF State University. 2- They clean the rooms during your stay, unlike most hotels during & after covid19. 3- Also, there is a near by parking lot (it’s expensive during events 50-70 dollars a day) while cheap on regular days (30 minutes for 5 dollars). The only downside of the hotel is it doesn’t have room service, cafeterias, or restaurants. There is a rooftop lounge, bar, and restaurant but it is more like a nightclub, very few tables, and you can’t find a reservation; also, it is very very loud, noisy, crowded, and teenagers style.
