This is a fraudulent listing
The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away.
