My wife and i have stayed here several times over the years. We love the decorations which present an Italian theme. We wish the adjecent resterant would open. But there's several near by.

I spoke with the general manager at the hotel and realized his name is John and he only been there for a month so far so l realized he is doing a great job by keeping exelente costumer service and ambition and the place is so well maintained very close to the SFO and others attraction too like restaurants and shopping center. I having the costumer service for 35 years and l know is no easy but honestly l enjoy staying at hotel so thank you to GM and the staff again Cheers Luis room 209

This is my go to spot for the last 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and friendliness. Breakfast included is a bonus. Thanks for a decade of comfort.

Little gem close to SFO
This was a last minute stay and I am so glad I found this gem!! Super convenient to SFO, rooms are adorable, comfy beds, beautiful property and attached cafe. Easy parking and friendly staff. Hotel is very quiet.

The whole reason I chose this particular place to stay was for the indoor spa area and it is still closed to guests. Our bed was caved in on one side, so I spend most of the night trying not to fall out of bed. My one year old kept finding trash and candy from previous people who stayed, on the floor and putting it in his mouth. So our stay could have been much better.

Location was ok overall. The room was clean but curtains and shades were ripped, holes throughout. Hotel was on extremely busy, noisy street, complete with thin walls to hear other hotel guests in the room next door. Could hear their whole conversations. Complimentary breakfast was yummy.

Top 3 worst beds I’ve ever paid to sleep on - I barely slept - the additional $35 elsewhere is worth it. Somehow the mattress and pillows were both lumpy yet unstructured…like homemade. Staff was excellent. Almost left at checkin when they made a photocopy of my ID next to my credit card. How about you just authorize it, don’t show me you’re blatant fraudsters - there is no excuse or good reason for this practice in the year of our lord 2023. Absolutely will not stay again, however the staff was extremely friendly.

We have stayed here many times when my wife has appointments at UCSF. Always happy with the hotel. This time I managed to make a mistake on my reservation and my heart sank when I received an email while at home asking me to rate my check-in experience. Ugh, I had the wrong date. I called the hotel and spoke with Krystle who asked me to have Expedia call her to help me with my dilemma. She was great and went the extra mile to assist. Had the pleasure of meeting her in person, and thanked her for her help. A real professional. We've always found the staff to be among the best you'll find. The value is exceptional.

They're very strict with deposit, they don't like cash, unlike other hotels, so I have to go to my bank to deposit into my account. Hair dryer is broken, I tried to turn the tv on but it says internet not connected, I just slept.

BEWARE... this property must pay for its ratings. On the day I booked it said 8.8/10 . Expedia even said I made an excellent choice. It is silly and insulting to a person's intelligence and I am angry for being deceived. The hotel sits right on top of a major street. The entrance door is also right on that busy street where anyone can just walk in and go in the elevator up to the rooms. Our room was dark and bizarre with a 1970's big furry brown blanket on it. I didn't want to touch it even to move it from the bed. The room was also on top of the main street and it sounded like the cars were in the room. There was a creepy tattered awning flapping incessantly in the wind along with half a screen blowing around in each window. We stayed for 15 minutes and then moved to another hotel. I only stayed 15 minutes because that is how long it took me to book another hotel. I didn't even think about the double cost of booking a separate hotel. My husband wouldn't even sit - just got on his phone too and looked for another hotel. I would like my money back and shame on you Expedia for allowing fake ratings.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The pictures looked beautiful and the reviews were great. My stay wasn't so great. It started when my family and I walked into the room and my eyes were drawn straight to the red beer bottle cap on the black and white tile floor. Could have been an oversite, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. As it got dark outside I noticed that it was also dark inside. There were 2 lightbulbs out in the room, but it was too late to call someone to change them because my kids were already asleep. When I closed the drapes I realized that they were old and falling apart, they were literally in shreds. So far, not very good. The bathroom was dark too. There was only 1 very dim bulb in the bathroom, not enough to light the room. It was very dark in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Later, I had to get something out of my car in the underground parking garage at night. It was so dark in that garage, many of the lightbulbs were out. It was a bit unnerving not being able to see. The worst part was the air conditioning. It ran all night long, fan on high and it wouldn't turn it off with the remote. The remote showed it was turned off, but It continued to blast. I froze all night and couldn't sleep, the air conditioning triggered a migraine that lasted the whole next day. I would have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the staff. They were very kind and personable, I almost feel bad for leaving this review, but it is my honest review of this property.

10min to airport. Good location. Free parking is great. Hotel is next to a main road, some noise but not bothering us. Room is big, decor a bit antiquated. Hairdryer broken in our first room. Hotel didn’t have a spare one so we had to change room in order to dry my hair. This is a bit disappointing. Have some spare hairdryer please. Staff is very friendly.
