You can walk to San Gi. But: Unpleasant smell coming from bathroom and washing machine area. Beds are stiff. Dark interior. Garden area disconnected from apartment. Pool was good. Overall, the apartment could use updating. If you want to be close to San Gi but outside the city, and don’t mind the negatives, it might be a place for you. But we could not find comfort here and cut our stay short. There is an extra cleaning fee and cash deposit required that wasn’t in the original listing.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this villa couldn’t have been better. San Gimignano is so enchanting and provided a great home base for exploring Tuscany. The property was well appointed and was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
