Cosy, rustic agricultural estate "Le Sodole", surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 2 houses in the residence. 5 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 13 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 53 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 10 ha, large terraced garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 7 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). 600 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. We enjoyed our stay at Glicine. It was clean and exactly as pictured online. The view was beautiful. The check in was a personal experience with the owner. It was wonderful to sit and chat with him about the area. The pool area was clean and ready to use. We truly enjoyed our time there.
