Welcome to Cayo Casa Grande, a spacious luxury villa just 5 minutes from downtown San Ignacio, thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed entirely privately by your group.
Surrounded by valley views, the villa features a private swimming pool, massive indoor and outdoor kitchens, a private gym, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The villa is always rented to one group only and is never shared. It is designed as a modular rental, with pricing based on the number of guests staying and bedrooms opened.
How the Villa Is Rented
The top floor is always included and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests at the base rate. This level includes three bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, as well as the main kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces — ideal for families, friends, or small retreats who want luxury without paying for unused space.
For groups of more than 6 guests, an additional guest fee applies per guest over 6. These additional guests open access to the lower-level private unit, allowing the villa to expand naturally from 3 bedrooms up to 5 bedrooms, while remaining fully private for your group only.

House Rules – Safety Notes
Gym use: Children must always be supervised when using the gym.
Game tables: The game tables in the villa have removable glass tops. If you’d like to use the tables for playing, please carefully remove the glass first — it’s heavier than it looks. This helps prevent any damage or accidents.
Pool safety: The pool area is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times.
