"Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! "

"La piscina de abajo, tiene cables atados con cinta aislante, está deteriorada y sucia. Las sillas asoleadoras están manchadas y sucias todo el tiempo. Relación baja entre calidad costo. "

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms."

"This is a relatively small hotel with kind and helpful staff who felt like friends within a day or two. The beds are wonderful, breakfast buffet is stellar and dinner in the hotel was also amazing. Highly recommend."
