Normally it is a nice quiet stay but this time we had some severe party animals in the unit across the hall that were screaming and yelling at the top of their voices from about 8-10:30 PM when I think security came and read them the riot act. "Property undergoing some repairs. By the time you read this, the pool might be fixed. Also, the white city buses (they look like repainted school buses) go by the busy street nearby around every 20 minutes. Some taxi stands are nearby. There's a hostess team that can answer some basic questions but doesn't speak much English so use your translator app if you have more requests. They've added Stripe payment so you can pay by credit card and that should appear in the description for the property...

"Super clean, and easy. Great location, tons of walkable restaurants. Right by the town square. There isn't parking, and Google Maps doesn't get you to the exact spot, but they were super responsive and helpful. Great experience, and will definitely stay there my next time in San Jose."

"Stayed one night before driving to El Sargento. Parking was close by and on the street. Hotel is very walkable distance to nice restaurants which are greatly appreciated since the hotel bar and restaurant are closed Sunday evening during the off season."
