「Buena ubicación, muy céntrica de lugares qué visitamos. Limpia las habitaciones, con lo indispensable, si vuelvo a viajar a Puebla no dudaría en hospedarme nuevamente con ustedes. Fue agradable mi estancia」

Cleanliness: The room was clean, but I found dead cockroaches in the hallway and on the stairs twice, presumably due to pest control. Furthermore, I saw the dead bugs when leaving in the morning, and the staff still hadn't cleaned them up when I returned at night. Amenities: Cooking utensils are quite complete and convenient.」

「Excelente hotel y sobre todo la ubicación, lo único que le falta es el estacionamiento, pero en su defensa muy pocos hoteles en San Miguel y sobre todo en el centro cuentan con uno.」
