Caminando no está ta cerca del centro, en general el departamento está bonito solo el colchón ya me URGE un cambio. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el agua caliente el cual se resolvió.

La atención al llegar a la propiedad fue buena, comunicación a través de whatsapp para indicar como acceder tanto a la vivienda como al cuarto. Durante mi estancia de cinco días, solamente en dos hubo agua caliente, en la mañana se sentía muy fresco y bañarse con agua fría no es recomendable, me comuniqué sobre esta situación pero por la respuesta no me creyeron que no había agua caliente. De igual manera la limpieza, hasta que me comuniqué me avisaron que en periodos largos de estancia se realiza cada tercer día, cosa que no debería ser así. La ubicación es muy buena, a aproximadamente seis cuadras del centro, para quienes llevan auto hay un costo adicional de estacionamiento si es que hay disponiblidad, pero si alguien busca estacionarse fuera sí es complicado encontrar lugar. El cuarto bien, pero no cuenta con aire acondicionado si hace calor el ruido del ventilador no deja tener un agradable descanso. Se escucha mucho cuando alguien platica fuera de los cuartos y si lo hacen temprano pueden despertar. Otro detalle importante es que para cerrar la puerta de la calle, se atora un poco, se debe hacer un jalón fuerte estando afuera y este ruido al azotar la puerta también llega a despertar. Sobre esto mismo, en una ocasión salí a las 8am aprox y la puerta estaba abierta tal vez a algún huésped se le complicó cerrar y lo dejó abierto, esto sí podría ser un tema de seguridad porque si sucedió en la noche se quedó abierta mucho tiempo. Las instalaciones están muy bonitas

I rebooked to come back after my travels through Central America. The accommodation was flexible with me and worked very hard to ensure that I had a place to stay. I stayed in bedroom accommodation which was wonderful. Good value. Clean comfortable had air-conditioning bathroom was lovely and just all around my favorite place to stay. Eva, who is the Care Taker and manager and Cleaner, is one of the most kind and lovely people to see every day. She’s very fastidious, hard-working, and very conscientious. I applaud her hard work. My favorite place to stay in Mexico.

This has been one of my favorite properties to stay at in my three months of travel through Mexico and Central America. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to everything in a quiet area that just around the corner has the best coffee shop and most lovely people. The bed and pillows are super comfy. It is a newly constructed modernized space so it’s very charming and done with taste. It’s bright as Room. It’s clean and speaking of clean, the cleaners the most wonderful person in the world. She is super kind, trustworthy, fastidious, hard-working, and joy to see every day. It was my second or third day with this facility because I liked it so much there nowhere else I want to stay. Thank you for having me I will be back.

The apartment is large and although dated it is clean. Very close to the central part of the city so you could walk everywhere. The staff were excellent, very attentive, helpful, arranged a taxi to get us to the airport when leaving. Since the apartment was not rented on the day we left, they let us stay longer than checkout time because of our evening flight. On the down side, wifi is weak and kitchen utensils were bare minimum. Would definitely stay there again.

El lugar es muy lindo. El cuarto es justo lo que necesitaba, agua caliente, un frigobar, escritorio y una cama cómoda. Amé los detalles de las plantas en el interior del cuarto y por supuesto en el exterior. La terraza con su mesita es muy linda, muy tranquilo. No está muy lejos del centro, solo a unos 10 minutos caminando. Y el personal muy atento. Eso sí no responden loa mensajes de expedia pero el personal siempre estaba por laa mañanas por si requería de algp como una tetera. También tienen el servicio de guardar tus maletas si llegas antes o te quieres ir un poco deapués. Sin duda regresaría.

I can absolutely see why this location has received so many good reviews. It’s fabulous in every way shape and form. I stayed in a one bedroom unit and it was just divine. I then later switched to one bedroom just regular hotel room and it’s just Lovely. Also you cannot go wrong by booking this hotel.

The check-in process was confusing and poorly communicated. We were not told which unit was ours and had to wait for responses over WhatsApp after arrival to receive proper instructions just to get inside. Once inside, the unit did not match the photos shown on Expedia. The listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual condition or appearance of the space. Noise was a major issue throughout our stay. We could clearly hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor and even when they used the toilet, which made it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the property itself has attractive features such as arched windows, plants, and plenty of natural light. Unfortunately, these positives did not outweigh the issues with management, misleading photos, and noise. I would not recommend this property.
