This 1-bedroom Las Olas Surf Beach Rental offers a charming, cozy retreat just steps from the sand and directly in front of three of the best surf breaks in Baja.. Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and stepping out onto a private balcony with ocean views. The space is designed for comfort and relaxation.
• Living Space: The living area is open and airy, with light colors and natural textures that reflect the beachy atmosphere. You’ll find comfortable seating, perfect for lounging after a day of surfing.
• Bedroom: The bedroom is simple but stylish, with a queen-size bed dressed in fresh linens and soft throws. The room is designed to be a peaceful, serene space for rest after a day of outdoor adventures.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals with a small fridge, induction hot plate, and toaster over. Open cozy dining nook to enjoy your meals, and you can even opt to prepare something fresh from the local markets and enjoy it al fresco on the patio.
• Outdoor Space: The condo provides a third-floor ocean view, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, sip a cold drink, or even do some light yoga or stretching after a surf session. The outdoor space is stocked with simple lounge chairs, ideal for unwinding.
• Additional Features: This beach Includes: High speed Wi-Fi, heated pool, Jacuzzis, tennis court + pickle ball, AC, free parking, in-unit washer and dryer, 24/7 security, gym, grill and private balcony.
Overall, this place combines comfort and practicality for the perfect laid-back beach getaway, blending relaxation with the thrill of surfing just steps away.
Within walking distance, you’ll find three beachfront restaurants serving delicious local dishes. For your grocery needs, stores are a short 5-10 minute drive away, depending on traffic.
Other things to note
Pool hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the swimming pool without an adult.
No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the Hot Tubs. This is strictly enforced.
Quiet times are 10:00pm to 8:00 am.
Parking: 1 vehicle per condo. For your own security keep your cars locked.
No surfboards in our condo, please use our surfboard locker.
No pets of any kind are allowed at Las Olas. Our condo association does not allow any pets
Every beachfront condo backs the highway; THERE WILL BE SOME INEVITABLE ROAD NOISE. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs.
LAS OLAS CONSTRUCTION TIME
Construction time at Las Olas Condominiums is between August 1-October 15. If you are booking in these months, please be mindful that there may be loud noise between 9am-5:30pm for all units in both buildings.
Please note that the HOA can schedule emergency construction projects at any time of the year, which is out of our hands. We will do our best to inform you as soon as we are informed of any projects.
