From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front.
