Wonderful Condo- good location

The condo is very nicely decorated with a very comfortable feel that is neither cluttered nor spartan. Everything is well labeled and easy to use and the information in the notebook, as well as the communication from the owner was clear, concise, courteous, and timely. They responded immediately when I arrived a little early to let me in. There were plenty of dining options within a short walk and the security staff was very helpful, allowing Ubers to come up to the building. The current renovations had the convenience store in the building closed, which would have been very nice if it were open. I was in San Juan mostly for business, so I did not use the pool or go to the beach, but I was impressed that a small beach kit with sunscreen, chairs, and body board was made available. The building itself is older and having work done, but the condo was immaculate, and the view was breathtaking.

The facilities were great! The apartment was clean and well equipped. The pool and beach were right there. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Could not have asked for anything more!!!
