This is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment with high ceiling on Loiza Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Have a good night sleep in either of the two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Both rooms, and living room area, has their own A/C units to keep you cool and fresh thought your stay. Enjoy a coffee at the covered terrace or at the front balcony. Our high-speed internet will let you work stress free or catch up on your latest show. Make an at-home dinner in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the day -and night- walking through Loiza Street and experience Puerto Rico like a local. Visit restaurants, coffee shops, bars, curated and unique stores, and even a local pharmacy or mini marts. You will find something fun in every corner.

PARKING – there is free street parking right next to the apartment, and on the surrounding blocks. Street parking is readily available. There is also a paid parking just a few minutes by foot from the apartment.
ACCESS - Note that the apartment is on a second floor; one must go through the main entrance on the first floor, climb 3 set of stairs, to reach the entrance of the apartment on the second floor.
This is a self-check-in property. Once your booking is confirmed, up to 48 hours prior to your check-in you will receive detailed arrival instructions, as well as our contact information to assist you during your stay. Cigi's Place Team will be available, and will fill you in to all the information possible for your stay. We will have you covered with all the recommendations and suggestions so that your trip be the best one yet. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you want additional suggestions or have any questions. We want to make your experience the best it can be!
TRANSPORTATION - If you are interested in exploring different parts of the area (like farther North or farther East, for example), we recommend you rent a car. If you are just staying in the area -by foot you'll be able to explore a lot, but a Uber or Taxi are widely available.
AT AN ADDITIONAL COST

- Early check-in ($100.00; when available)
- Late check-out ($100.00; when available).
HOUSE RULES
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed on the property.
- Maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess -we provide cleaning essentials for such things.
- Subletting not allowed.
- Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.
- Lastly, we will really appreciate if you could treat the apartment as your own, with love and care.
- There is a penalty of $100.00 for lost keys.
- When a locksmith is needed for lost keys, the guest will pay for such services.
DISCLAIMER - Please keep in mind that unfortunately the island’s power system is still not at full capacity from the damages cause by natural disasters. While we are fortunate to have power and running water, there could be voltage drops (these are not usual, but are a possibility) as the systems keeps connecting other areas, and/or goes under maintenance. This may affect the availability of power, running water, and internet. We hope this doesn’t happen to you, please let us know if it does.
