The view will be missed

The property is clean and well kept. The hosts (maria & ramon) are extremely nice and go out of thier way to make sure your experience is everything you deserve. The property grounds are immaculate and the view is indeed, "the best view guaranteed". ALL of the 10 star ratings are accurate about the property and most especially, the hosts. It is a must book for those interested in this property, and a return visit back for my family and I.

Clean and Beautiful

The unit was very clean and was the perfect size for me and my wife. Nice big bathroom and also has a little kitchen. The view is amazing. The location is almost as perfect as the view. Right next to the Conquistador resort and golf course. The pools on the property are awesome and you also have access to the resort pools and spas. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back... Muy bonito!

Perfection!

How absolutely lovely!! We enjoyed our stay so much and Maria and Ramon are so unbelievably accommodating and kind. We had special requests that they helped us with and are so grateful for their hospitality. The place is so clean and well appointed. The view really is top notch! We loved Palomino island and the pools/water park. We also booked a bioluminescent tour and private Culebra tour—both really easy drive from the property but you do need a car. Loved our stay and the area so much! Thank you Maria and Ramon!! You two are the best!

Great ocean view

Very nice property. The owners, Mr. And Mrs . Martinez made sure to provide us with all the information we needed to explore Puerto Rico. As their guests, Ramone got us everything we needed to enjoy the Resort, water park and Palomino island. We could not have asked for better hosts! The property has a front patio with one of the best views of Culebra, Vieques and Palomino islands, as well as a back patio with a great place to grill dinner and enjoy the large, private outdoor dining area. The Infinity pools were very relaxing and not too crowded, even during the Holiday weekend!

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The small storage area with kids toys and even coloring books was a great bonus to keep the kids entertained. We especially loved the two open balconies—one with a stunning ocean view! It was peaceful and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Having access to the resort’s amenities was a great bonus. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great views / awesome access to amenities

The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any needs that we had. The views really are beautiful. The resort was great for us, although we mostly spent our time at the waterpark and Palomino island. The casitas have relatively easy access to the rest of the resort (it takes some walking but not bad). The room is ideal for 2 adults and children. They had a small playroom with kids bunk beds and toys that kept our kids entertained. I think it would get a little tight if we were 4 adults, depending on your group. Overall, I would stay here again, if I wanted a resort like experience in PR.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

Maria and Ramon are incredible hosts. We had several unexpected issues during our stay -- a full island black out, a sick child -- and Maria and Ramon went above and beyond and communicated before, during, and after our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The apartment is great - the sitting/dining area and beds are all in one big room, and there is a small kitchen, two lovely patios and a small closet/bunk room where our kids ended up staying most nights). The apartment is well stocked, including kids' toys, which were a big hit. Maria and Ramon made sure we had everything we needed - sand toys for the beach, umbrellas, lanterns during the power outage, etc. The hosts are members of the El Conquistador resort (which is adjacent to the "Las Casitas" area where the apartment is located) and can facilitate access during your stay. We hadn't expected to spend much time there, but it ended up being an invaluable amenity. Between Las Casitas and El Conquistador, you have access to 7 pools, many hot tubs, a water park, a private beach island, and shops and restaurants. It's also a quick drive to town, bigger shops, and other areas of interest.Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment if you're looking for resort amenities without being in the middle of the resort and if you want a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay that's convenient to many areas of interest.

Week in paradise!

I read all the reviews other vacationers posted before we booked. Everything people said was true about the property And especially Maria and Ramon! Amazing people and very attentive. Even when our daughter got sick, not only did Maria bring her tea, fresh ginger and a lemon for her stomach, they even brought her a watermelon when she said that was the only thing she wanted to eat. Gorgeous and well maintained property. Loved being able to quickly and easily access the resort and all the amenities it offered! Hoping to come back and stay again to take advantage of all that area of PR offers! Thank you Maria and Ramon!

We were on the weekend of Feb 16 and we could not be more pleased during our stay, María and Ramón are excellent hosts, the apartment is super comfortable and the beds perfect to recover energy after a day at the beach on Palomino island (which is included). My family and I love this place. We used to stay at El Conquistador Hotel every time we visit PR. This time the hotel was full and we decided to try vrbo. It was the best decision. The casita was super clean , comfy , huge bathroom and the view was amazing. Property manager very attentive and willing to help. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, amazing hosts

Our flights were delayed but the hosts were incredibly gracious. They stayed up late to ensure we were able to access the property. The ocean views were amazing. The property grants you access to Palomino island, Coqui water park and all of the amenities on site. The property is clean, beautiful and serene. There’s also bars and and coffee shop.

The best vacation place you will ever find!

Let me start by saying that this was hands down the best vacation we've been on so far. Not only because how beautiful this property is but also how truly amazing the owners Maria and Ramon are. From the moment I messaged them when we were first considering booking their place to the moment we got back home they were nothing but helpful, kind and caring. They made us feel like we are part of their family. The property itself is gorgeous. The casita is specious with everything you might need plus some. The view the location, everything about this place makes it for a great vacation spot. Can't recommend this place enough. If you are considering booking it for your next vacation don't look any further and think any longer, this place is IT! You will not regret it and in contrary you probably will be back time and time again.
