不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
Where do I start. This place is a complete hole in the wall. There’s a pool listed in the description but all that was there was a neglected rooftop area with old broken furniture and trash debris. The parking is extremely tight and horrendous. There were only three wash cloths. We had to go to Walmart to buy our own. There was a frog in the toilet bowl on the last morning of our stay when got up to pee. When I turned on the light it swam back down the toilet drain. Absolutely terrifying. The staircase is in desperate need of repair and better safety rails. The street lights on the side of the building kept flashing like strobe lights all night long. When I asked the host about the pool that’s listed in the description I was told that was for a different property and they forgot to remove it from the property description. Overall this place was atrocious and I would never recommend it to anyone.
