Reconsider staying here
Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated.
We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the bedrooms. Our very close neighbors were playing loud music and playing soccer on the deck.
I texted the manager to let them know we were leaving because of the loud music and that I would be happy to pay for the one night and asked for a refund of two nights. I did not receive a reply until I followed up the next day. The manager apologized and said they were just seeing my message now. They refused to issue any refund.
