“Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it.
